Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Policybazaar

Location: Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
  

Mandatory Requirements:

• Own Bike

• Valid Driving License (DL)

• Good communication skills in English

• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to travel
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet customers at assigned locations and explain Policybazaar's Investment/ Pension plans products.

• Calling the the customers

• Work on leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable insurance plans.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Ability to work independently in the field.
