Job Title: Associate Sales Consultant (FOS)

CTC: ₹3.5– 4.5 LPA + Unlimited Incentives

Average Monthly Incentives: ₹50,000+

Job Summary

We are hiring Associate Sales Consultants (FOS) to strengthen our customer acquisition

efforts through direct client interactions. This role involves connecting with interested

customers, understanding their insurance needs, scheduling and conducting client visits, and

offering suitable insurance solutions. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting

customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

 Work on interested leads provided by the company

 Contact prospective customers to understand their requirements and schedule client

visits

 Meet customers at assigned locations to explain and recommend insurance solutions

 Close sales through in-person customer interactions

 Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships

 Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

 Maintain visit logs, follow-ups, and sales reports

 Coordinate with backend teams for documentation, policy issuance, and post-sale

support

Required Skills

 Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily

 Comfortable communicating in English, and the regional language of the location

 Customer-centric approach with consultative selling skills

 Confidence in face-to-face customer discussions

 Good planning and time-management abilities

 Positive, self-driven, and target-oriented attitude

 Basic smartphone and computer knowledge for reporting and CRM updates

Eligibility & Requirements

 Minimum qualification: Graduate

 Freshers are welcome to apply

 Regional language mandatory (as per location):

o Chennai – Tamil

 Valid Driving License & Two-Wheeler mandatory

 Comfortable with a role involving office coordination and regular client visits

ISMS Responsibilities
