Premium Account Executive (Field Sales)

Location: Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon)

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding merchants, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit merchants and business establishments in the assigned area.

• Acquire new merchants and onboard them onto the platform.

• Explain product features, benefits, and promotional offers.

• Generate leads through field visits and market mapping.

• Maintain relationships with existing merchants and resolve their queries.

• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.

• Update daily activity reports and sales data.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth merchant activation.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, FMCG, Telecom, BFSI, Merchant Acquisition, Paytm, BharatPe, PhonePe, Banking, or Insurance sales is preferred.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Must be comfortable with fieldwork.
