Acquire and onboard new merchants in the assigned territory
Visit merchants and understand their business and transaction patterns
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants
Upsell and cross-sell PhonePe products and services
Promote solutions such as EDC machines
Manage existing merchant accounts and improve retention
