Job Responsibilities (JD):

• Candidate will be responsible for field sales activities in the assigned area.
• Need to approach customers and merchants to promote loan products and services.
• Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for business growth.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, and benefits to customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Regular market visits and customer meetings will be required.
• Maintain proper reporting and update sales activity records.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
✅ Experience: Minimum 6 months in field sales preferred (Freshers can also apply)
✅ Good communication and convincing skills required
✅ Candidate should be comfortable with field work and travelling in the assigned location
