Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

1) Make 100 field visits per month, with a minimum of 5 productive visits per day.

2) Promote and sell 3 EDC/Swipe machines per month.

3) Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert potential clients into customers.

4) Provide product demonstrations and onboarding support.

5) Submit daily visit and sales reports via company CRM or tracking tools.

6) Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.

7) Meet or exceed monthly sales and visit targets consistently.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Fresher – 03 years in field sales preferred (BFSI, fintech, or POS/EDC sales a plus)

Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred, Post Graduate

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Mobility: Two-wheeler and Android mobile is mandatory.

Attitude: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.

Salary Structure. 2.52 CTC LPA to 4.20 CTC LPA
