This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive / Senior Field Sales Executive / Group Leader based in TamilNadu, India. They will be responsible for engaging with merchants and businesses to promotePaytm as a digital payment solution, drive adoption, and increase usage. The role involvesbuilding and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales meetings, and meetingsales targets. *Roles & Responsibilities:*● Sales activities● Attract new customers, educate customers, follow up with customers, and meet salesquotas● Administrative tasks● Direct and supervise sales representatives, prepare and submit sales reports, and● update the CRM system● Build relationships with existing customers and nurture new leadsTerritory management● Travel throughout the sales territory and visit customers on a recurring basisMonitoring competitors● Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditionsFSEs usually work for B2B and wholesale organizations and report to a regional salesmanager.*Qualifications*● Education: 12th and Any graduate.● Sales and Business Development skills● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills● Ability to build and maintain customer relationships● Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets● Knowledge of digital payment solutions and technology● Ability to work independently and as part of a team● Fluency in Tamil .● Prior experience in the fintech industry is a plus*Eligibility:*Fresher or experienced● (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 College Passed outs can also apply)*Salary :* (Pay per Module - 80% of the plan sold will be your monthly salary)● Salary: 2.5 to 3.5 LPA + Attractive incentivesShift Type● Day shiftWorking Days● Monday to Saturday*Requirement:*● Must have a 2-wheeler and a valid driving license.● Should own a smartphone for work-related tasks.
