LOCATIONS ACROSS KARNATAKA

Bengaluru Urban, Bengaluru Rural, Mysuru, Mangaluru, Udupi, Shivamogga, Hassan, Tumakuru, Davangere, Ballari, Belagavi, Dharwad, Hubballi, Kalaburagi, Vijayapura, Bagalkot, Chitradurga, Chikkamagaluru, Kolar, Chikkaballapur, Mandya, Kodagu, Ramanagara, Raichur, Koppal, Yadgir, Bidar, Gadag, Haveri, Uttara Kannada, Dakshina Kannada, Vijayanagara and other locations across Karnataka.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales and merchant acquisition in assigned locations.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

• Promote digital payment solutions and onboard merchants.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.

• Build and maintain strong merchant relationships.

• For GL/Sr. GL roles, manage, guide and motivate the field sales team.

• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of targets.

• Provide regular guidance and support to the sales team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / 2nd PUC

• Relevant field sales experience preferred for Sr. FSE, GL and Sr. GL roles.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Leadership skills for GL/Sr. GL positions.

• Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
