This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Kerala, India. The Field
Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with merchants and businesses to promote
Paytm as a digital payment solution, drive adoption, and increase usage. The role involves
building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales meetings, and meeting
sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Sales activities
● Attract new customers, educate customers, follow up with customers, and meet sales
quotas
● Administrative tasks
● Direct and supervise sales representatives, prepare and submit sales reports, and
● update the CRM system
● Build relationships with existing customers and nurture new leads
Territory management
● Travel throughout the sales territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
Monitoring competitors
● Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
FSEs usually work for B2B and wholesale organizations and report to a regional sales
manager.
Qualifications
● Education: 12th and Any graduate.
● Sales and Business Development skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
● Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
● Knowledge of digital payment solutions and technology
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Fluency in Malayalam .
● Prior experience in the fintech industry is a plus

Salary :
(Pay per Module - 80% of the plan sold will be your monthly salary)
