Paytm Field Sales Executive (FSE)

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly CTC: ₹[e.g., 21,000 - 35,000] per month (Salary + Attractive Incentives)

Job Responsibilities:

Merchant Onboarding: Visit local retail shops, markets, and businesses to pitch and install Paytm QR Codes, Soundbox devices, and EDC (Card Swipe/POS) machines.

Product Demos: Explain the benefits of digital payment systems and give product demonstrations to merchants.

Lead Generation: Explore assigned local territories to find new sales opportunities and cross-sell other fintech products (like merchant loans or insurance).

Relationship Management: Help existing merchants resolve basic device issues or upgrade their systems.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduates are welcome.

Experience: Fresher to 3 years of experience in Field Sales (Experience with FMCG, telecom SIM distribution, or other fintech apps like PhonePe/BharatPe is a big plus).

Mandatory Assets: Must own an Android Smartphone and a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license.

Skills: Good communication skills, strong local area knowledge, and a target-driven mindset
