Job Title: Field Sales Executive (FSE)

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Kolhapur - Ichalkarangi - Jaysingpur

What is this job about?

As a Paytm Field Sales Executive, your main job is to visit local shops, markets, and businesses to sell Paytm products. You will help shopkeepers set up Paytm QR Codes, Soundboxes (the voice box that announces payments), and Card/POS Machines so they can easily accept digital payments from customers.

This is a 100% field job, meaning you will spend your day traveling and talking to shopkeepers on the ground.

What you will do daily (Your Responsibilities)

• Meet Shopkeepers: Visit different markets and shops daily to pitch Paytm products.

• Sell Paytm Devices: Convince shop owners to install Paytm QR codes, Soundboxes, and Card Machines.

• Setup & Document Check: Complete the shopkeeper's registration on the mobile app by checking their basic documents (like Aadhaar/PAN card).

• Teach the Merchant: Show the shopkeeper how to use the Paytm Business app and how to check if they received money.

• Solve Problems: If a shopkeeper faces an issue with their Paytm QR or Soundbox, help them fix it.
  

Who can apply? (Requirements)

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Experience: Both Freshers and experienced sales candidates can apply. (If you have worked before in selling SIM cards, internet connections, or grocery items to shops, it's a plus).

• Must Have: You must own an Android Smartphone and a Bike/Scooter with a valid driving license to travel.

• Skills: You should be polite, energetic, good at talking to people, and able to convince them. You must speak the local language of your city.
