Description;

Job Responsibilities and Timings –

- Working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm.

- Merchant onboarding, top-up sales QR code and voice box.

- Planning and scheduling market visits for key production.

- Meeting sales targets for multiple payment solutions such as QR codes, EDC/card type machines, point of sales software, insurance and other financial products.

- Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention.

- Gathering consistent feedback from the market for existing offerings and insights into competitors' movements in response to product enhancements.

- Enable digital payments in unorganized retailers by onboarding new retailers and making them understand the entire payment acceptance process and its benefits.

- Meet with existing merchants and resolve issues.
