Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively seek new business opportunities, cold call, and convert leads into sales to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.

• Customer Visits: Conduct face-to-face meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to prospective and current clients

• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment terms on behalf of the company.

• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

• Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client data, and inventory (if applicable).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in field sales, outside sales, or a similar role.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Mobility: Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport.

• Results-Oriented: A driven, self-motivated, and independent worker.

Typical Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is often preferred).

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
