Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage both B2B and B2C sales across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for dealer and distributor management, market expansion, customer acquisition, business development, and achieving sales targets in the EV/Battery/Automotive segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage B2B and B2C sales activities across the assigned territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers
Drive primary and secondary sales growth
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and customer support
Execute promotional and branding activities in the market
Generate leads and support customer conversion activities
Candidate Profile:
2–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or channel sales
Experience in EV, battery, automotive, solar, inverter, or related industries preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in dealer/distributor handling and customer management
Ability to work independently in a field sales environment
Comfortable with extensive local travel
