Field Sales Executive

Role Summary

This position focuses on driving sales and marketing initiatives within residential communities to expand the customer base for ProWater's Central Reverse Osmosis (RO) solutions. The primary objective is to successfully onboard residents and entire housing societies, establishing a strong market presence through direct engagement and strategic relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive sales and marketing campaigns targeting residential societies to promote water purification services.

• Proactively identify and engage with residents to convert them into loyal customers for the Central RO system.

• Conduct on-site field visits, liaise with security personnel, and coordinate with society management to schedule and secure necessary meetings.

• Lead the onboarding process for housing societies, facilitating the installation and adoption of ProWater's Central RO infrastructure.

• Collaborate closely with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in field sales, business development, or marketing within the residential or FMCG sectors.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including residents, security staff, and society managers.

• Demonstrated capability in organizing field visits and negotiating access to private residential properties.

• Experience in coordinating with operations teams to manage logistics and installation timelines.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meeting sales targets and expanding market coverage.
