Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth by generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing deals in assigned territories. The role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Meet potential customers to present and promote company products/services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in field sales or direct sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
Good knowledge of the local market.
Valid driver’s license (if required for travel).
