PRO / Business Development Associate – Field Sales
Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented professional responsible for generating quality leads through daily field activities and events and supporting the team in converting leads into walk-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit daily hotspots such as preschools, supermarkets, residential communities, activity centres, etc. to generate leads.
Interact with parents and collect relevant lead information.
Participate in RWA events, apartment activations and local events to generate leads.
Identify new hotspots and opportunities for lead generation in the assigned area.
Make follow-up calls to leads when required to drive walk-ins.
Maintain accurate lead details and update the CRM regularly.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and closures.
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Candidate Profile
0–5 years of work experience in field sales, business development, lead generation or similar roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting new people.
Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
Basic smartphone/CRM knowledge.

Quality leads generated
Minimum daily lead-generation target as per assigned hotspot
Daily hotspot visits and parent interactions
