Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Visits: Plan and execute local market visits to identify new merchants and close sales.
Product Sales & Deployment: Sell, install, and configure Paytm Soundboxes and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines (card swipes).
Merchant Onboarding: Onboard merchants by performing necessary KYC documentation and product training.
Customer Support: Revisit existing merchants to ensure high retention and provide support, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Achieve Targets: Meet daily/monthly sales goals for payments solutions and financial products.

Requirements
Minimum 12th pass with a smartphone, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and a bank account.
A two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license is generally required for field work.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
