We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads through direct field visits, promoting our events, and achieving ticket sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit corporate offices, schools, colleges, institutes, residential societies, and commercial areas to generate leads.
Promote event tickets and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
Conduct product and event presentations to individuals and groups.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and ticket sales targets.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and field activities.
Collect customer feedback and provide market insights.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass/Diploma
0–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or ticket/event sales is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives based on Lead Generation
