Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of meeting targets. You will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.

• Client Meetings: Visit prospective customers to present products/services and pitch tailored solutions.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, client feedback, and potential leads.

• Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups with clients on quotations, order confirmations, and payments.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation ability

• Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Basic computer knowledge for report submissions and CRM usage

• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets within deadlines

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in any industry
