Type: Full-time | On-field role

Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,40,000 per annum (Based on experience and skillset)

We are a decade-old company specializing in custom paper packaging — offering rigid boxes, monocartons, corrugated boxes, and more. With end-to-end capabilities from concept development to final production, we work with brands across FMCG, apparel, cosmetics, and pharma industries.

We’re now looking to expand our reach and are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who is passionate about fieldwork, consultative selling, and helping brands improve their packaging solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2B sales (2+ years preferred)

• Exposure to industries like FMCG, Garments, or Pharmaceuticals

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• A proactive attitude and self-driven approach to closing deals

• Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly

• Experience in the printing & packaging industry is a BIG plus

• Having your own vehicle is preferred for travel convenience

Your Role Will Involve:

• Identifying and visiting potential clients

• Pitching our packaging solutions tailored to their product needs

• Building strong and lasting client relationships

• Generating new leads and meeting monthly sales targets

• Coordinating with internal teams to deliver quality service
