Eligibility Criteria

0 to 2 years of field work experience

Must have own bike and valid driving license (mandatory)

Experience letter and latest salary slips required

Notice period: 0 to 7 days (immediate joiners preferred)

Job Role

As a Field Relationship Manager, you will visit customer locations to understand their painting requirements, measure the area, suggest suitable paint options, and help close the deal.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customer sites for painting requirements

Measure the area to be painted

Suggest suitable paint colors, quality, and quantity

Understand customer needs and preferences

Share pricing and close deals

Follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction

Maintain visit and deal records

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with field work and customer interaction

Basic understanding of area measurement

Knowledge of paint products is an added advantage

Target-driven and self-motivated
