PF Contribution: 3.600

Petrol Allowance: ₹5.15 per km

Incentives: Upto 15,000/mont (performance-based)

Languages Required: English, Kannada, Hindi

Assets Required: Personal bike with valid driving license

Travel Requirement: 50-60 km per day

Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Field Relationship Managers who will handle on-ground operations, customer visits, property verifications, and end-to-end deal closures. You will act as the key link between tenants and property ownners, ensuring smooth communication and successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits to customer and property locations as per company-proided leads.

Coordinate and communicate with property owners and buyers to facilitate deal closures.

Negotiate and convince both parties to finalize agreements efficiently.

Verify newly posted property listings by checking photos and ensuring accuracy and authenticity.

Maintain proper documentation and submit daily reports of visits and verifications. Achieve weekly and monthly targets assigned by the management team.
