The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits. The role involves promoting engineering products/solutions to industrial customers and supporting business growth in the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new customers through field visits, cold calls, and references
Visit existing clients to maintain relationships and generate repeat business
Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable products/solutions
Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, accounts) for order execution
Prepare daily visit reports and update CRM/sales records
Participate in exhibitions, site visits, and product demonstrations when required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic technical knowledge of Mechanical / Electrical systems
Strong interest in field sales and customer interaction
Ability to understand technical drawings/specifications (basic level)
Negotiation and convincing skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome
0–2 years of experience in field sales (industrial/engineering background preferred)
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)
