Position: Field Sales Executive

Process Name: Google Pay (Sound Box & QR Code) Installation & Shop Revisit

Location: Greater Noida/Noida/East DELHI/Gaziabad

Minimum Education: 10th OR 12th Pass

Salary: ₹30,000 CTC + Incentives (as per company plan)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to manage Google Pay installations in Greater Noida. The role involves visiting shopkeepers in your designated area to install Google Pay Sound Boxes and QR Codes, similar to other UPI QR Codes in the market. Additionally, you will revisit inactive shops to reactivate and onboard them successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit local shops to install Google Pay Sound Boxes and QR Codes.

Revisit inactive shops and ensure activation.

Onboard new shops and maintain proper records.

Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team performance.

Targets & Incentives:

Task Type Points per Task Incentive Rate

Sound Pod 3 Points ₹100/Point

Revisit 1 Point ₹100/Point

Onboarding 1.5 Points ₹100/Point

Monthly Target: 300 tasks
