Field Sales & Outreach

• Conduct Field visits daily, meeting with students to pitch Naresh IT training curriculum.

• Deliver a compelling in-person presentation using approved sales materials and scripts.

• Understand students' needs and communicate how Naresh IT offerings align with their goals.

Lead Conversion & Follow-ups

• Manage follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and field revisit planning.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding post-deal.

Reporting & Discipline

• Adhere to login/logout schedules (work-from-office policy enforced).

• Maintain a professional appearance and follow field etiquette guidelines.
