As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retail clients, showcasing our range of diamond jewellery, and driving sales through effective
strategies. You will leverage your industry knowledge and experience to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
· Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and approach potential retail clients, build long-term relationships, and maintain a network of industry contacts.
· Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our diamond jewellery collection, including design, quality, and value propositions, to effectively present and sell to
retailers.
· Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute plans to grow the client base and increase market share.
· Negotiation and Closing: Handle negotiations with retailers, providing pricing and terms that align with company policies while maximising sales and profitability.
· Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
· Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
· Reporting: Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management on performance and market dynamics.
· Industry Experience: Proven experience in the jewellery industry, with a strong
background in diamond jewellery sales and a solid understanding of market trends.
· Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of diamond jewellery, including grading, sourcing, and market positioning.
· Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to drive sales, build client relationships, and close deals effectively.
· Motivation: Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
· Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
· Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
