We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at MySafetyQR. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, generating new customers, and maximizing sales opportunities. Candidates will identify prospects, conduct field visits, develop sales opportunities, and work towards achieving assigned sales targets. The position offers a performance-based earning opportunity of ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month along with ₹4 per KM travel allowance for eligible official field travel as per company policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, market visits, cold calling, customer meetings, and direct sales.

• Identify potential customers and businesses in the assigned territory.

• Explain and promote MySafetyQR products and services to prospective customers.

• Build strong customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Develop effective sales strategies to increase sales and business growth.

• Maintain regular communication with customers and business clients.

• Submit daily field activity, sales and performance reports to management.

• Maintain and develop the customer and lead database effectively.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate, with 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development. Candidates should be familiar with different sales techniques and have strong communication, negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills. Candidates must have their own bike/two-wheeler and a valid Driving Licence. Good knowledge of Hindi and English is required. Candidates should be comfortable with field work, travelling, customer meetings, and target-based sales.

Important: The ₹30,000–₹45,000 amount is a performance/target-based earning opportunity and is not a fixed salary. The complete earning structure and sales targets will be explained during the interview/selection process.
