Manage Dealer Relationships: Support local paint stores. Ensure they have the right stock, handle customer complaints, and set up attractive product displays to catch the buyer's eye. [1, 2, 3]
Run On-Ground Events: Plan and host local meetings for painters and dealers to introduce new product launches and teach them about your product's benefits. [1, 2]
Find New Projects: Reach out to builders, housing societies, and government sectors to secure large paint orders for new buildings. [1]
