### Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell JCB Gensets in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets.

### Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and references

• Visit industrial areas, construction sites, and dealers

• Promote JCB Gensets and explain product features to customers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

• Coordinate with service and operations team for smooth delivery

• Track market trends and competitor activities

### Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1–5 years in field sales (preferred: genset, automobile, construction equipment, inverter, batteries)

• Qualification: Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Must have own two-wheeler & valid driving license

• Local area knowledge of Rohtak & nearby regions

• Fixed Salary: ₹18k to 40k or depending on experience
