We deliver professional waterproofing, repair, rehabilitation, epoxy flooring and specialized project execution services.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager who can independently develop business, build strong market relationships and drive sales growth across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and develop business across the assigned 9 districts.
· Meet Architects, Builders, Contractors, Engineers, Consultants, Developers and Dealers regularly.
· Generate new enquiries and convert them into product and project sales.
· Promote Mohan Chemical 1965’s complete range of construction products.
· Conduct site visits, product presentations and technical discussions.
· Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
· Coordinate with the technical and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
· Maintain daily reporting and market feedback.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
· Generate consistent business growth across the territory.
· Deliver a minimum of 2 major service projects every month.
· Expand the dealer, contractor and architect network within the assigned territory.
Candidate Requirements
· 3–7 years of experience in Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing, Tile Adhesives, Building Materials or Project Sales.
· Construction industry experience is mandatory.
· Strong relationship with Architects, Contractors, Builders and Consultants.
· Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
· Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with extensive field travel.
· Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Qualification
· Graduate in any discipline.
· MBA (Marketing) or Civil Engineering background will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
· Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and capability).
