We are seeking candidates who have strong marketing and sales skills, are confident in dealing with customers, and can identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits, lead generation, customer meetings, follow-ups, and achieving sales targets.

💼 Position

Field Sales Executive – 2 Positions

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (In-Hand)

• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹50,000

• Fuel Expenses: Covered by the company

• Bike: Candidate must have their own bike

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential customers in the assigned area.

• Visit customers, retailers, businesses, and potential clients to promote Modish Kreations' clothing products.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective field sales and marketing activities.

• Conduct cold calling, customer visits, presentations, and direct marketing.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Identify new markets and business opportunities.

• Develop creative marketing and sales strategies to increase sales.

• Maintain an updated customer and lead database.

• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.

• Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

• Represent Modish Kreations professionally in the market.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of marketing and sales techniques is essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or the clothing/fashion industry will be preferred.

• Must be comfortable with regular field visits and meeting new customers.

• Own bike is mandatory.

• Valid driving licence required.

• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
