Job Role: Field Sales Executive

Role Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to lead our offline sales and expand our retail network across Bangalore. This role requires strong retail operations expertise, Retail management skills, and the ability to build a high-performing sales culture, and driving structured processes to propel our fast-growing lingerie brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Distribution:
- Build, manage, and expand the retail network across Bangalore.
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Identify new territories, onboard Retailer’s, and strengthen retailer relationships.
- Create action plans to push low/medium-selling SKUs into high-volume sales.
- Establish a culture of discipline, performance, and accountability.
- Monitor your performance and ensure consistent reporting.
2. Operations & Process:
- Ensure timely collections and reduce outstanding payments.
- Standardize in-store branding and retailer visibility.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations for smooth order fulfilment.
3. Brand Development:
- Work closely with management to position Rajni Intimates as the go-to mass lingerie brand.
- Provide insights from the market to shape product development and pricing strategies.
Candidate Profile:
1. 3+ years of experience in sales/retail operations, preferably in lingerie, undergarments, or apparel.
2. Proven track record of sales and territory expansion.
3. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
4. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada required.
5. Based in Bangalore, with willingness to travel extensively.

1. Fixed monthly salary: ₹ in-hand (negotiable based on experience).
