Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Working Days & Time: 6 Days a week and 1 weekly off, 10AM to 8PM
About the Role
MM Mithaiwala is looking for a driven Sales Executive to expand
revenue channels, build strong customer relationships, and grow both retail and bulk sales. The role
involves identifying new business opportunities and driving B2B/B2D growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities (corporate orders, bulk sales, distributors,retailers,
caterers, banquets, restaurants, etc) by visiting the concerned department heads and conducting a
formal meeting with them, presenting MM Mithaiwala.
• Expand B2B/B2D channels including corporate gifting, events, and partnerships
• Explore new revenue streams such as tie-ups with offices, institutions, and event planners and all the
other categories
2. Sales Execution
• Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Generate leads, pitch products, and close deals
3. Key Account Management
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and partners
• Ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
• Handle negotiations, pricing, and contracts
4. Coordination & Execution
• Coordinate with production and operations teams for order fulfillment
• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction for bulk orders
• Work closely with marketing for campaigns and promotions
5. Reporting & Strategy
• Track sales performance, pipelines, and conversion rates
• Provide regular reports to the reporting manager before concluding your day and insights to
management
• Suggest strategies to improve sales and market penetration
Key Requirements
• Experience in sales/business development in F&B, FMCG, or retail
• Skills in developing network in corporate sales, events, distribution channels or any other categories
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset

Someone who can actively manage existing and new clients by regularly visiting the customers, addressing their concerns related to orders, build relationships, and bring in business, especially in bulk, corporate, and distribution channels, helping scale MM Mithaiwala beyond walk-in retail.
