Job Summary

Mitras Technocrafts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and drive sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, identifying customer requirements, presenting company products/services, and achieving sales targets through field activities. Field sales roles typically focus on lead generation, customer visits, relationship management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and business opportunities through field visits.

Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.

Present and demonstrate company products and solutions.

Prepare quotations and follow up with clients for order closure.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.

Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer retention.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.

Must own or have access to a two-wheeler for field visits.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.

Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
