Job Type: Full-time.

Salary: ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 15,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales leads, build client relationships, and promote our paint products and services within designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting regular visits to prospective clients to introduce our paint products and services.

2. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within assigned territories.

3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

4. Understanding client needs and providing appropriate product recommendations and solutions.

5. Negotiating sales contracts and terms with clients to achieve sales targets.

6. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

7. Providing regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.

8. Attending industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and promote products.

9. Keeping abreast of industry developments and product innovations to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.

10. Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the paint industry or related field.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

4. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Willingness to travel within assigned territories.

7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

8. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
