Job Description – Field Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Salary: Fixed Salary + Sales Incentives
Location: Ahmedabad and nearby areas / assigned territory
Key Responsibilities
Visit hardware shops, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and fabrication companies.
Promote and sell Mishapa India's products, including GI, MS and SS clamps, saddle clamps, and fasteners.
Identify new customers and develop long-term business relationships.
Generate leads, collect orders, and follow up with prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and increase market coverage.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat orders.
Provide product information, quotations, and pricing details to customers.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the office team.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market demand.
Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers: Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
Experienced candidates: Prior experience in field sales, industrial hardware, fasteners, building materials, or fabrication products will be preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned sales territory.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work in the field.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
