We are looking for a Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Field Role) to join our team at Metaind X-Port Pvt Ltd. This is a completely field-based role (not a calling job), where the candidate will visit markets, retailers, and distributors to generate sales and build strong business relationships. The role requires candidates who are skilled in product selling, dealer creation, and maximizing on-ground sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + up to ₹5,000 incentives with strong growth prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Close sales through field visits, direct meetings, and door-to-door market visits (no telecalling).
Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell company products to retailers and wholesalers.
Research and execute effective field sales strategies.
Report daily visits, performance, and market feedback to management.
Maintain and expand the client and dealer network.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate (any field) with 1–2 years of experience in field sales. The candidate must have hands-on experience in product selling and dealer creation. Familiarity with field sales techniques is essential. Applicants should have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic smartphone/computer knowledge is required for reporting.
