Job Designation: Field Sales Executive (Less than 3 months Experience or Fresher)

Qualification: 10th/Intermediate/Degree (Minimum age: 19 TO 35 years)

Job Location: All over  Pan and India

Requirements:

Candidates must own a bike and hold a valid driving license.

Must have an Android Mobile.

Annual CTC:

Forcities: ₹2,52,000 per annum (equivalent to ₹21,000 monthly salary)

After deductions for ESI, PF, Health Insurance, and HRA: Take-home salary is ₹18,500/month

Performance Incentives:

Additional performance incentives up to ₹1,44,000 annually based on beat visits and sales targets.

Mode of Interview: Virtual or Face-to-Face, depending on the location

Job Role:

1. Revisits:

Visit merchants who are not using PayTM QR codes and convince them to continue using the service.You will earn 0.5 "beat visits" points per successful revisit.

2 . Onboarding:

Take responsibility for installing PayTM sound boxes in shops, ensuring the process is completed successfully.You will earn 3 "beat visits" points for each completed installation.
