Role Title: Customer Success Officer - Alivio by Bayer
Location: Pune, Ahilyanagar, Amravati, Akola, Washim, Yeotmal, Nanded, Parbhani (taluka based posting and open to relocation based on business needs)
Role Description: This role is in a digital innovation team which is building and selling farmer value-based products. This provides a chance to drive sales and adoption for farmers of digital technology-based products by owning the villages and territories of operations. While a part of this team you will build farmer influencer networks and retailer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Farmer Connect

Identify villages with the right farmer profile

1-1 and Plot visits to nurture and convert farmers

Plan and execute village meetings and farmer campaigns for product awareness
Sales & Conversion

Pitch the product to farmers and retailers
-
Create a demand generation pipeline
-
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
-
Onboard the users on the digital product and own the sales journey from start to end

Build and maintain relationship with farmers and retailers to ensure repeat sales and referrals

Create promotional material like testimonials and product usage videos
Reporting & Teamwork

Maintain and share lead and sales records accurately

Share market feedback, queries, and field insights

Coordinate and work closely with manager and other team members in planning and execution
Who can apply: Graduate or Diploma holder (any subject) with 2 to 4 years of experience in village or field work
Must Have Skills:
•
Able to speak local language clearly
•
Ready to travel and work in villages daily for extensive field work
•
Smartphone usage and comfortable with digital apps
Good to Have Skills:
•
Experience selling new products in new markets
•
Understanding of crop cycles and farming practices including costs to farm
•
Worked with PACS, FPO, SHG, NGO or village groups
