Field Sales Executive (B2B Sales)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to expand Mahax India's offline business by building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, car accessory retailers, car detailing studios, car wash centers, automobile dealerships, and other automotive businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting Mahax India's complete range of car care accessory kits, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit dealers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and automotive businesses daily.
Identify and onboard new B2B customers for Mahax India products.
Present and demonstrate Mahax India car care accessory kits.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and business margins.
Generate purchase orders and close sales.
Build long-term relationships with retailers and distributors.
Conduct market surveys to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.
Ensure timely follow-ups and repeat orders from existing customers.
Maintain daily visit reports using the company CRM or sales tracker.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and collection targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualification
Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
Prior experience in field sales, FMCG, automotive, retail, or distribution sales is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
