### Job Summary

The Micro Loan Officer (Field Loan Officer) at L&T Finance drives field-level business operations for micro-lending products. This role focuses on customer acquisition, forming joint liability groups (JLGs), managing loan applications, ensuring accurate field verification, and achieving timely EMI collections in assigned territories.

### Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition & Group Formation

• Conduct field visits to identify potential microfinance borrowers.

• Form and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) or Women Self-Help Groups in rural and semi-urban markets.

• Conduct Center Meetings (CGT/GRT) to explain loan products, repayment schedules, and interest rates.

Documentation & Processing

• Collect customer Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, verify credentials, and complete initial screening.

• Fill out digital/paper loan application forms accurately and assist the branch team during loan disbursement.

• Conduct house visits and field appraisals to assess the financial stability of applicants.

Portfolio Management & Collection

• Ensure 100% timely collection of weekly/monthly EMIs from group centers.

• Track unpaid or overdue accounts and execute field recovery strategies to maintain portfolio quality.

• Address customer grievances and maintain long-term working relationships across assigned centers.

### Key Requirements

| Location | Willingness to travel extensively within local field limits |
