Job Title: Field Executive – Banking Profile

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Executive with experience in the banking/financial sector. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients, managing field operations, and promoting secured and unsecured loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for banking products

Promote and sell secured and unsecured loan products• (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.)

• Conduct field visits to meet clients and understand their financial requirements

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

• Handle end-to-end customer process including documentation and verification

• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement

• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure business growth

• Ensure compliance with company and banking policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in banking or financial services (2–5 years)

• Strong knowledge of secured & unsecured loan products

• Experience in field sales and client handling

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage field activities

• Target-driven and self-motivated
