Connect with prospective customers basis the leads provided
Set up onsite visits as per the customer's convenience
Establish a strong rapport with the customers while explaining the entire painting process in the comfort of their home
Understanding the customer requirements and recommend solutions best suited for them
Maintain and update all the information in the CRM
Identify and onboard best contractors/painters to deliver best in class painting experience
Handle customer escalations, resolve queries
Achievement of Sales Target.
Meeting Painter, Contractor, Builders, Architect, Engineer, and other Customers on Daily Basis and generate business from them.
Visiting sites on regular basis.
Visiting their respective Store for 2 hours on daily basis.
Holding Shop Meetings with Applicators on Weekly basis.
Daily Sales reporting through online portal.
