We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Field lead generation and market visits

- Visit shops, vendors, and SMEs

- Explain platform and onboard customers

- Support offline marketing campaigns

- Coordinate with BDE for conversions

- Maintain strong client relationships

- Collect market feedback

Required Skills:

- Strong communication skills

- Willingness to travel locally

- Convincing and negotiation ability

- Self-motivated and target-driven

Compensation:

- Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance
