Field Sales Executive – Lenskart
Job Responsibilities:
Visit customers at their location and conduct a basic eye test.
Understand the customer’s requirements and suggest suitable frames based on their preferences.
Explain product features, pricing, and available options to customers.
Assist customers throughout the buying process and ensure a good customer experience.
Achieve assigned sales targets through customer visits and effective product recommendations.
Maintain regular coordination with the store team and update customer visit details.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Age: 18 years and above.
Two-wheeler: Must have a bike and a valid driving licence.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable with field visits and travelling within the assigned area.
Candidates with sales/customer-handling experience will be preferred; freshers can also be considered.
