Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and lead generation.

• Meet prospective clients and present company products/services.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Collect customer feedback and provide market insights.

• Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/sales records.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Direct Sales, or FMCG/Retail Sales.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in field sales may also apply.

Preferred Candidates

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred).
