About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who is confident, persuasive, target-oriented, and comfortable meeting people in person. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads and acquiring clients for our legal services through field visits, networking, referrals, and direct business development.

This role involves extensive fieldwork, client meetings, lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities for legal services.

Visit potential clients, businesses, organizations, and professionals to understand their legal requirements.

Present and explain relevant legal services to prospective clients.

Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and local market research.

Conduct client meetings and maintain regular follow-ups.

Convert qualified prospects into clients and achieve assigned sales targets.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Coordinate with the legal team to understand client requirements and facilitate smooth onboarding.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.

Track competitor activities and identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on field activities and sales performance.

Represent the organization professionally during meetings, networking events, and other business-development activities.
