Field Sales Executive – Restaurant Sales

Location: Delhi NCR
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month + Incentives
Kwality Foods is a B2B food supplier supplying fresh chicken and poultry products to restaurants, cafés, hotels and cloud kitchens in Delhi NCR.
We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive who can visit restaurants, meet owners/purchase managers and convert them into regular customers.
Responsibilities
• Visit restaurants, cafés and cloud kitchens daily
• Find and meet restaurant owners/purchase managers
• Generate new B2B leads
• Introduce Kwality Foods and our products
• Arrange trial orders
• Convert new restaurants into regular customers
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain daily visit and sales reports
Requirements
• 1–3 years of field/B2B sales experience preferred
• Food/FMCG/HORECA sales experience preferred
• Own bike required
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable making cold visits to restaurants
• Delhi NCR market knowledge preferred
• Target-oriented and disciplined
