Job Summary
The Field Service Representative (FSR) will be responsible for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of beverage dispense equipment at customer sites across Assam. The role requires regular field visits, technical problem-solving skills, and strong customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Installation & Commissioning
Installation and commissioning of beverage dispense equipment at customer locations.
Ensure proper testing and demonstration to customers after installation.
Provide basic operational training to client staff.
2. Service & Maintenance
Perform preventive maintenance visits as per schedule.
Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults at site.
Replace defective parts and ensure minimal downtime.
Maintain service reports and customer sign-offs.
3. Customer Support
Attend breakdown complaints within TAT.
Coordinate with HO/service team for technical support.
Maintain good relationships with distributors, outlets, and end customers.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily/weekly service reports.
Maintain inventory of spare parts issued.
Report recurring technical issues to management.
5. Travel & Territory Management
Travel extensively within Assam region.
Manage assigned service territory efficiently.
Required Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field.
1–4 years of experience in field service (preferably equipment / refrigeration / beverage / FMCG machinery).
